Most refurbishment projects begin with drawings that describe a building as it was intended, not as it was built and then modified for thirty years. Scan-to-BIM replaces that assumption with measurement.

Level of detail is a decision, not a default

We agree the LOD before we scan, because it changes what we capture and what you pay for. A model for space planning does not need every bracket; a model for prefabricated services routing does. Being explicit about this up front is the difference between a model you use and a model you argue about.

Why measured models pay for themselves

Clash detection only works if the existing conditions in your federated model are real. When they are inferred from old drawings, clashes surface on site instead — at the point where they cost the most to resolve.

Every model we deliver ships with a deviation map showing where the model agrees with the scan and where it was simplified, so your design team knows exactly how much to trust each element.

Have a site that needs measuring?

Tell us what you need to know about it. We will tell you which capture method fits, what it will produce, and what it will cost — before anyone mobilises.
